About Me
- Name: Shelora
- Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
I am a Renaissance Woman with a background in theatre dance, and film-making. I hold four university degrees, including a Bachelor of Education, and a Masters of Education in Couseling Psychology. In addition I have two diplomas in the arts, one from the National Theatre School of Canada, and the other from the New Media Institute. I am a colourful, vivacious and talented artist. I bring inspiration and enthusiasm and a sense of adventure to all that I do. I have been an actress, a director, a high-school drama teacher and yearbook editor,a counsellor, an ispirational speaker and a documentary film-maker.A long time student and teacher of "A Course in Miracles," I use the principles of the Course in my work as a Spiritual Therapist. I am currently writing a novel called "White Butterflies." It is an epic story, four generations in the making, a testament to the healing power of forgiveness. I am currently focusing on working with gifted, young people who suffer from ADHD, and exploring the implications of neuroplasticity in education.
